Landscape added to Axtell Campus
During the past two weeks, if you drive by the Axtell Public School Building you will notice Spring has arrived with new landscaping outside the building. The Plan & Soil Science class researched and designed the new landscaping on the south and west sides of the building. Class members included Sierra, Cheyenne, Kadin, Janessa, Austin, Michael, Maryna, Mariah, Skyler, and Cordell. Once these students drew plans for the project out, the plans were taken to Brian Kabreil of Kabreilscapes, LLC to finalize. This has been an ongoing process for the class over several weeks; however, installation started last week with students from Plant & Soil Science, Ag Mechanics, and Intro to Agriscience. There was lots of dirt removal and rock installed during the process, which is not quite done as of this writing. The Ag Department would like to thank the Axtell Booster Club and the Axtell Pride Committee for their generous contribution to this project.
