USD 113 Curbside Meals Q & A
How Does this work?
We will provide 1 free breakfast and 1 free lunch for all enrolled USD 113 students on scheduled calendar days, as long as this program is available.
Who needs to fill this out?
Any USD 113 enrolled student participating in remote learning or any student not in attendance at school may fill this out to request a meal order. Meals will be picked up daily and will be the same meal that is being offered to on-site students.
When do we fill this out?
Please fill out this form each week by Monday morning at 7 am. This allows us to plan for the appropriate number of meals. If you become quarantined in the middle of the week contact me directly to be added in to system.
