Click Here or on the icon below to go to the USD 113 portal to pay any school fees including lunch money.

PLEASE NOTE:  All students will need to pay full price for lunches during the 2023-2024 school year unless they qualify for Free or Reduced priced meals through the online application from the USDA's National School Lunch and School Breakfast Program. To see if your child qualifies for free or reduced meals complete this online application.  https://schoolmealsapp.ksde.org/Home/welcome/D0113
(Only one application per family is required.)  Once the application has been received and processed, you will receive a determination letter which will let you know if your child qualifies for free or reduced-priced meals.  If you have any questions, please reach out to Ashley Niehues, USD 113 Food Service Director at niehuesa@usd113.org or by phone at 785-284-2175

To create an account associated with a student, you will need their student number.  This information is provided to parents prior to enrollment in the enrollment email or parents may contact the school office to receive this information.

Convenience Fees

The service provider has a nominal convenience fee for completing transactions. The district does not share in the fee. It goes directly to e-Funds. Parents can pay fees and reload accounts for multiple children and have it count as ONE transaction.

Electronic Checking Payment (from your bank account) = $1.25
Note: This fee goes directly to e-Funds and is not set by the school district. The system carries a Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) charge if the payment is returned as such.

Credit or Debit Cards = $2.85/$100
Note: This fee goes directly to e-Funds and is not set by the school district. Parents can now pay for multiple students at the same time and incur only one (1) convenience fee.

You will be in full control of your e-funds account and can make a payment at any time that is convenient for you. No payments will be allowed without your knowledge and authorization. By providing your home and/or work address, the system will send an e-mail notification informing you of the student's name, of the payment, and the amount of the transaction. The e-Funds for Schools Web site is secure and uses industry standard data encryption.

  • Payments from a credit card or checking account are easy to set up.

  • Parents/guardians have the option of establishing a recurring payment or may opt to make one-time payments.

  • Your payment history for the year is available with a click of the mouse.
