Axtell Girls Headed To State Volleyball!

The Axtell Eagle Volleyball Team continues their spectacular season by advancing to the state tournament this weekend at Fort Hays State University. The Lady Eagle Volleyball team beat Wetmore and Linn in straight sets this past weekend in sub-state to claim their trip to Hays. After this weekend's action their record improves to 29-9 on the season which landed them the #5 seed in the state volleyball tournament. They will begin pool play at 4:30 PM on Friday, October 30 against Grainfield-Wheatland/Grinnell. They will then play at 5:30 & 7:30 PM. Congratulations and good luck to the team members and coaches!
