Summer food program
Please fill out the questions below to receive FREE lunch and breakfast Monday-Friday for the month of June for your child. Be sure to choose the correct location you plan to pick up your meals at. We do have the waiver in place so you can pick up meals without children present. We are also again able to offer this to any child up to age 18 in the community and they DO NOT need to be enrolled in our district. This is a great way to help support our Food Service Program and we look forward to seeing you all!!
How this will work- There will be 2 pick-up days each week. Monday & Wednesday are the pick-up days. On Monday you will receive 2 lunch & 2 breakfasts and on Wednesday you will receive 3 lunch and 3 breakfasts per child. So 5 days worth of breakfast and lunch per child total each week!! I will be adding the remaining dates for the second half of June the week prior to so you can go in as we go and continue to sign up so you can pick and choose which dates you participate & help us get a accurate count.
