Mr. Bauman teaches business & computer classes at Sabetha High School. Included in these courses are: Interactive Media, Media Technology-Workplace Experience, Business Essentials, Entrepreneurship, Accounting I & II, and Web Page Design. In addition to his teaching duties, Mr. Bauman is an assistant coach for both the Sabetha High School football, girl's basketball, and softball teams. Mr. Bauman was born and raised in Holton, KS where he attended Holton High School. He then went on to attend Kansas State University and graduate from Emporia State University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Education. He taught for three years in the DeSoto, Kansas School District before making the move to Sabetha in 2002. Mr. Bauman earned his Master's Degree in Education from Baker University in December of 2006 and earned his Master's Degree in School Leadership from Baker University in December of 2013. Mr. Bauman is married to his high school sweetheart, Becky, and they have three children: Taylor (and wife, Laeny), Brooklyn, and Marcus. He attends the NorthRidge Church in Sabetha and enjoys participating in, coaching, and watching sports, music, and reading in his spare time. |
