Mrs. Howard graduated from Sabetha High School and received her undergraduate degree in Early Childhood, Early Childhood Education, and Elementary Education from Peru State College in 1998.  After working with families and teaching young children for 14 years, she began working for the Holton Special Education Cooperative within USD#113. Mrs Howard completed her Masters degree in Special Education from Emporia State University in 2017. She joined the Sabetha Middle School Staff in 2023.

Mrs. Howard lives in Sabetha with her husband, Steve. They enjoy spending time with their children Graham (and wife Morgan), Erin, and Turner, their black lab Tank, attending Bluejay sporting events, spending time outside, hunting, fishing, and time with friends.
